Airlines have cancelled more than 725 flights in the Northwest today, Monday 13 March, due to winter storm Stella and it is anticipated that a further 815 flights will be cancelled tomorrow, Tuesday 14 March.
Weather forecasts indicate heavy snow which will have a massive impact on travel in New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago and Boston (amongst other cities).
U.S. airlines have waived change fees to customers who are scheduled to fly over this period.
