Starting next year, airline KLM will run a summer schedule of flights between Amsterdam and Austin, Texas. The service will operate three times weekly, on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, between 4 May and 24 October 2020.
UK travellers will be able to connect to the Amsterdam flights from any of KLM’s 16 UK airports, including Newcastle International Airport.
Operated by an Airbus A330-300 furnished with the latest World Business Class, Economy Comfort and Economy Class, the outbound flight will depart Amsterdam at 12:40, arriving in Austin at 16:10. The return flight will take off from Texas at 18:00 and touch down in Amsterdam at 10:25(+1).
